Maggie May BakerHorne Funeral HomePublished Wednesday, June 20, 2001 in the Gurdon Times Maggie May Baker, widow of Thomas E. Baker died Friday, June 15, 2001, at her home. Baker was co-owner of Baker's Grocery Store and a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Thomas L. and Ethel Ward Grubbs. Baker is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held on Saturday, June 16, at 10 a.m. in Rose Hedge Cemetery in Gurdon, under the direction of Horne Funeral Home.
