Letter To The Editor

If I may make use of space in your newspaper, I would like to express my appreciation for the weekly Classy Moments' article.... in The Gurdon Times.

Since my husband, Marve, and I have grandchildren attending the Gurdon Schools, it's an added high light to our reading, and keeps us up to date on current events that our grandchildren forget, or sometimes are too busy to tell us about.

Any article in the paper that requires a weekly deadline has to be a challenge no matter how easily it is written or written simply for the love for the job. It still is a dedication on any teacher who so willingly puts forth the extra little effort to show pride in the students and school, and is much appreciated even if we neglect to give her credit.

Thanks for another delightful year.
