James T. 'Jim' BerryWASHBURN-McREAVY SWANSON CHAPEL of MINNESOTAPublished Wednesday, May 16, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune James T. Jim' Berry, 56, of Minneapolis, Minn., passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2001. Mr. Berry was born August 20, 1944. He began a career in radio broadcasting at age 19 when KTPA radio started in Prescott. He later attended Bible college in Walnut Ridge and Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Berry; his wife, Edith; sisters, Oneta and Demetria; brothers, Harold, Leon, Bryan, Dana and Keithel; three sons, Mike of Little Rock, Randy (Sharon) of Old Washington and Lennart of Minneapolis; a daughter, Brenda (Bobby) Hickey of Emmet; and grandchildren, Alyssa, Joseph, Justin, Nicholas, Heather, Randy and Maranda.
