School Menus: May 21-25Published Wednesday, May 16, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of May 21-25 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Sausage on a stick and juice. TUESDAY: Biscuit and bacon and juice. WEDNESDAY: Cinnamon and juice. THURSDAY: Belgium waffle with syrup and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Beef steak strips with catsup, mashed potatoes with gravy, seasoned green beans and roll; PHS: pizza bar. TUESDAY: Barbecue rib patty on bun, French fries with catsup, assorted fruit and assorted ice cream; MMS: salad bar; PHS: hamburger and fries bar. WEDNESDAY: Mini corndogs with mustard, baked beans, raw veggies with ranch dip, rosey applesauce; MMS: sandwich bar; PHS: sandwich and fries bar. THURSDAY: Turkey and cheese sandwich, potato salad, dill pickle, apple wedges and chocolate chip cookie; MMS: hamburger bar; PHS: chicken patty and fries bar. FRIDAY: Hamburger on bun, French fries with catsup, sandwich salad cup, peaches and Graham crackers; PHS: pizza bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Toast with jelly, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: Bagel with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Scrambled eggs, toast and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese toast, ham slices and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken crispitos, salsa, chilled peach slices, green beans, no bake chocolate cookies and peanut cup. TUESDAY: Sloppy Jo on bun, potato wedges with catsup, lima beans, peanut cup and apple crisp. WEDNESDAY: Grilled chicken on bun with mozzarella cheese, lettuce and pickles, corn chips, purple hull peas, peanut cup and chilled peaches.
