Cunningham, Gills To Wed June 2Published Wednesday, May 16, 2001 in the Gurdon TimesMr. and Mrs. Bradley L. Cunningham of Little Rock proudly announce the engagement and fourthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelli Suzanne Cunningham, to Blake Anthony Gills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Burl Gills of Gurdon. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nancy Curry and the late Owen H. Curry of Little Rock and John Bradley Cunningham and the late Reba Cunningham of Little Rock. The bride-elect will be graduating from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy on May 19 with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She has accepted a position as staff pharmacist at USA Drug in Pine Bluff. Her fianci is the grandson of Violet Gills and the late Leslie Gills of Gurdon and the late Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Spearman of Marion, La. The bridegroom-elect attended Henderson State University and is owner of Gills Custom Lure Creations. The formal double ring ceremony is scheduled for June 2 at 3:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock with Bro. Bobby Slagley officiating.
