We wanted rain so now we really have it.

Olgia and Terral Ingersol from Hope visited Donald and Pat Ingersoll Sunday.

Kay and Earl Wayne Haynie attended the dedication service in Little Rock Sunday for their little grandson, Major, son of Robin and John Hern.

Our niece, Donna, and Werner Schmidt from Longview, Texas, visited Neil and me Sunday.

Wilma Compton had Sunday lunch with her daughter and family, Linda, Paul and Tommy from Little Rock and Joe Ghormley from Tulsa, Okla.

Ida Haynie was well pleased with the response to the ceramic chickens she bought to be painted for the Chicken and Egg Festival.

Erica Burdue from Central Baptist College spent the weekend with her family, John, Gina and Ryan Burdue.

Shane and Amanda Meador had lunch with his parents, Sid and Meador, Sunday.

Mike Ridling visited his mother, Lela Faye Ridling, Saturday.

Peggy and Al Butrick from Sumitt, Miss., is spending a few days with Billie Ridling.

Shady Grove Baptist Church will have a one night revival the next two Monday nights. Bro. Ward will preach on the 14th and Bro. Micah Mauldin will preach on the 21st. Services will begin at 7:00 each night.

Roy, Betty and Nuggy Cagle spent the weekend with their friends, Phil and Gail Hocker at Lake Texoma, Texas.

Roxie and Sam Reel's daughter, Stephanie, granddaughter, Samantha, and new grandson, Trevor, of Ft. Worth, Texas, visited with them and other family over the weekend.
