ACT Classes Available This MonthPublished Wednesday, April 28, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe College Preparatory Enrichment Program will be made available for eleventh and twelfth grade students this summer. This program is better known as the ACT class. Classes will begin June 7 and end July 9, and will include individual instruction as well as computer assisted instruction in English, math and reading. At the end of the class, students will have the opportunity to take a free ACT. To qualify for the free ACT, participants must attend a minimum of 60 hours. The classes will be held at the high school. Paula Cossey, the high school counselor, will provide additional information to students who have expressed an interest in attending.
