The month is gone and I don't think I remembered the birthdays: Haylee Thomas, Todd Butler, Hayden Hooker, Rocky Cummings, Billy Clements and others who had a birthday.

We had Rocky Godwin as speaker and he is with Evangelistic International Ministries. He used the shepherds bag as a theme. David had a shepherd bag that he put his stones in.

The youth had charge of services and of course we had fellowship at noon. We believe in eating meetings.

J.D. and Marie Allen had a nice surprise. They knew Mike and Jackie Allen from Lincoln were coming, but they didn't know granddaughter, Amy, and new baby, Clay Allen Burtrum, were coming, this the first visit.

Earlene Butler had open heart surgery on Tuesday the 24th. We are thankful that all went well. She is now in rehab. Maybe it won't be long until she will be home.

Ruth Baker and Lillie Mae Phillips have returned from their trip to Dallas, where sister Ruby Mullins had knee surgery.
