Willisville NewsGERTRUDE HENRYPublished Wednesday, May 2, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Guest at Pleasant Grove Sunday morning were Rev. Bobby Box and church family of Harrison Chapel, Rev and Mrs. Porchia of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Rosston; Pearlene Jackson of St. John in Waldo; and Georgia L. Weaver of Kendrick Chapel. We had a very good Sunday school, being taught by Gladys Williams. Rev. Box brought a powerful message, Thirsting for God's Present.' Revival will begin at Pleasant Grove May 7. Rev. I. McDaniel will be the guest speaker. Musical and building fund program at St. Peter AME Methodist Church in Willisville will meet May 5 at 7:30. Bro. William Paige Sr. will be the emcee.
