College News - Corey BrownPublished Wednesday, May 2, 2001 in the Gurdon TimesThe Office of University Relations/Admissions of Henderson State University announced Corey Brown has been awarded the academic success scholarship for 2001-2002 equivalent to $500 per semester for up to four years. Brown is the son of Laura Shaw of Texarkana and Max Brown of Gurdon. He is currently a senior at Gurdon High School.
