School Menus: April 30 - May 4Published Wednesday, April 25, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of April 30-May 4 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Belgium waffle with syrup and juice. TUESDAY: Biscuit and bacon and juice. WEDNESDAY: Surprise and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese toast and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with gravy, apricots and roll; PHS: pizza bar. TUESDAY: Sausage pizza, mixed green salad with dressing, fresh fruit cup and graham crackers; MMS: salad bar; PHS: hamburger and fries bar. WEDNESDAY: Beef tacos with salsa, refried beans, Spanish rice and grapes; MMS: potato bar; PHS: Pizza bar. THURSDAY: Hoagie sandwich, with salad cup, assorted fresh fruit and oatmeal raisin cookie; MMS: hamburger bar; PHS: pizza bar. FRIDAY: Ham and cheese sandwich, chips, apple, trail mix and cookie; PHS: pizza bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: Bagel with butter and jelly and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Ham, toast with jelly and juice. FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, toast with jelly and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Hot dog with mustard and relish, baked beans, chips with cheese sauce, peaches and cinnamon roll. TUESDAY: Pizza, salad and peanut butter cookie. WEDNESDAY: Grilled chicken patty on bun with mozzarella cheese, lettuce and pickles, purple hull peas, chilled peaches, brownie and peanut cup. THURSDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, onion, spicy fries with catsup and apple crisp.
