May Nuptials Set For Almand, HamptonPublished Wednesday, April 25, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneBill and Nelwyn Almand of Laneburg are proud to announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Emily, to David Hampton of Falcon. David is the son of the late Kenneth Hampton of Stamps and Lynda Britt of Ashdown. Grandparents of the bride are the late John and Bernice Pipkin of Willisville and the late William and Lily Almand of Laneburg. Grandparents of the groom are Loyce and Evelyn Wheelington and the late Uel Rushton of Stamps and the late Jacob and Lois Hampton of Waldo. The wedding will take place Saturday, May 12, at 2:00 p.m. in the Laneburg Baptist Church. Friends and relatives of the couple are cordially invited to attend. No invitations will be sent locally.
