We couldn't have asked for a nicer Easter Sunday. Hope you all had a wonderful time with family and friends.

Thomas and Ruby Fontaine traveled to Nashville to spend Sunday with his sister, Hazel Fontaine, who is in the nursing home there.

Bryan Hendrix killed a big turkey last week. It had a 9=-inch beard and weighed 19 pounds and had a one inch spur. The whereabouts of this big kill was not mentioned.

Donna Carter had an Easter dinner at her home Sunday. Jim Cornelius, Brittney Cornelius, John and Tom Cornelius and Brandon Tullis enjoyed the feast.

David and Kay Hendrix had a housefull Sunday. Greg, Carol, Cathy and Dakota Ridling, Pauline Blevins, Bryan, Betty, Brenden, Jessi, Tristan, Kayla and Cassi Hendrix all had a wonderful Easter Sunday.

Thomas and Ruby Fontaine had visitors last week all the way from California. Don and Loraine Dossey dropped by unexpected. They were happy to see them.

Tom Cornelius killed a turkey Thursday morning. It had an eight-inch beard.

We, Tom, Tony, Kim, Al and Aaron and myself, all went to Morris to church Sunday. After church the kids and I had lunch with my parents, J.W. and Maxine Glass. All my sisters were there with their families with a total of 30. You talk about the food. We had enough food to feed an army.

After lunch the youngsters hunted eggs while the old pitched horseshoes and relaxed.

Enjoy the rest of the week.
