Neal, Carter Wedding Is SaturdayPublished Wednesday, April 18, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneRickie and Ramona Brown of Hope and Paige Neal of Blevins announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter and Paige's mother, Wanda Rose Brown Neal, to Christopher Mickel Carter, son of Robert and Deborah Hawthorne of Fulton and the late Rickie Carter of Warren. Grandparents of the bride-to-be include maternal grandparents Jack and Wanda Clemons of Logansport, La., and Pressley Schee of Whelen Springs. Her paternal grandparents are Nadine Brown and the late J.C. Brown of Prescott. Grandparents of the future groom include maternal grandparents Clara Lloyd and the late W.D. Lloyd of Hope and paternal grandparents Vernie Carter and the late W.R. Carter of Warren. The wedding ceremony will be Saturday, April 28, at 6 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church on Highway 278 W. performed by Rev. Neal Ridling. All family and friends are invited.
