SIMPLE POSSESSIONPublished Wednesday, April 28, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneMike Mitchell, 29, of Rosston, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana after being stopped for having a headlight out. Deputy Martin saw the vehicle Mitchell had a headlight out around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, April 25, and pulled him over. At the time, Mitchell was driving on Highway 371 south of Laneburg. Martin saw a cigar with a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana and cited Mitchell for simple possession and driving on a suspended license.
