School Menus: April 16-20Published Wednesday, April 11, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of April 16-20 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Bagel pizza and juice. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit and juice. WEDNESDAY: Cinnamon toast and juice. THURSDAY: Cereal, toast, banana and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken fried steak mashed potatoes with gravy, English peas and carrots and angel biscuit; PHS: pizza bar. TUESDAY: Nachos with ground beef with lettuce, tomato, salsa and seasoned pinto beans and fruited strawberry gelatine; MMS: salad bar; PHS: hamburger bar. WEDNESDAY: Pepperoni pizza, garden salad with dressing, apple and brownie; MMS: sandwich bar; PHS: chicken patty and fries bar. THURSDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad with dressing, grapes and roll; MMS: pizza bar; PHS: pizza bar. FRIDAY: Hot dog on bun with relish and mustard, potato wedges with catsup, confetti coleslaw and assorted fresh fruit; PHS: hamburger and fries bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Ham, toast with jelly and juice. TUESDAY: Bagel with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Scrambled eggs, toast and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese toast, ham slices juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken crispitos, salsa, chilled peach slices, green beans, no bake chocolate cookies and peanut cup. TUESDAY: Sloppy Joe on bun, potato wedges with catsup, lima beans, peanut cup and apple crisp. WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, rice with gravy, peach cup, hot biscuits with honey and butter. THURSDAY: Shepherd pie, green beans, applesauce, hot rolls with butter and honey. FRIDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pineapple and peanut cup.Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast and juice. TUESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. WEDNESDAY: Pancakes with syrup and juice. THURSDAY: Super doughnut and juice. FRIDAY: Waffles with syrup and milk. LUNCH MONDAY: Corn dogs, baked beans, raw vegetables and salad. TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meatballs, green beans, bread sticks and mixed fruit. WEDNESDAY: Manager's choice.
