We extend sympathy to the family of Calvin Luck in Layton, Utah. He passed away this week. A.B. Luck of Rosston is his brother.

Also sympathy to the family of David and Tauna Bud in the loss of his mother. The Buds moved here from Pampa, Texas, and bought a new home here. David's father, Ben Bud, has moved a new mobile home near David and will make his home here. We welcome them all to our community. David serves on the city council and Tauna serves as secretary-treasurer.

B.C. Dillard and his sister, Bonnie Freeland, went to Houston, Texas, Monday to visit his brother, J.D., who was in the hospital there. B.C. took him home before they left to come home on Tuesday.

Ila Carpenter returned home this week after visiting her brother in Harvey after he had surgery. She visited her brother and sister-in-law, Dillard and Daisy, in Texarkana on Thursday.

Bro. Eddie Douglas blessed our hearts this week as he preached our revival. On Friday night we had a church-swide fellowship supper. Before eating we presented Bro. Mike and Staci a love offering instead of a pounding. Bro. Mark presented the visiting preacher and his wife a gift of appreciation. Thanks to the many visitors who came and supported us and a great big thanks to all the special singers during the week.

Doug and Rhonda Morgan were our guests after church Friday night.

We also send sympathy to the family of Elta Bailey. She was the wife of Garland Bailey. She passed away last week. Graveside services were at Holly Springs.

Ted and Amy Morman spent spring break this past week in Pine Bluff with their mother.

Johnny and Brenda Jensen are sporting a new silver Chevrolet Malibu.

Bro. Mark brought a good message today and among our visitors were Billy and Kelly Hardin and boys, Pam Elliott and son and Sam Cogbill all of Willisville and Cindy Gresham's father, Bobby Thompson, and friend Nadine of Waldo. We are happy to have them and welcome them back.

The A.B. Lucks had most of their children as guests on Saturday and one of the sons-in-law treated them to supper at the Fish Nest in Prescott.

Part of our family were our guests at noon on Sunday. Our son, Dwight, of Texarkana visited us one day last week.
