Virgil A. "Buster" Golden

Virgil A. "Buster" Golden, 90, of Arkadelphia died April 22, 1999 at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Golden was born August 18, 1908 in Piney, the son of the late Charlie and Carrie Francis Golden.

Mr. Golden was a carpenter, a painter and a member of Hollywood United Methodist Church. He was the widower of Lucille White Golden.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda Clark and her husband Joe of Arkadelphia; two brothers, Carl Golden of Arkadelphia and Lockie Golden of Gurdon; one sister, Gertie Lind of Arkadelphia; three grandchildren, Barry Clark, Brenda Benson and Barbie Ward; and four great- grandchildren.

Graveside services were held April 24 at Hollywood Cemetery with Rev. Gary Turner officiating. Interment was under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Hollywood United Methodist Church or Hollywood Cemetery Fund.
