A women in white fellowship will take place Saturday, April 7, at 6:30 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor. Sponsored by the Willing Workers. Everyone is invited. Sis. Mattie Beasley is president.

Youth day program will be Sunday, April 8, at 3:00 p.m. at Bethel Independent Church of Gurdon. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest will be Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Nashville with Rev. Richard Dixon, pastor and speaker. Sis. Bonnie Dixon, youth director and Rev. Daniel Flemons, pastor.

Youth day will be Sunday, April 8, at 3:00 p.m. at Promise Land Baptist Church in Lacey. Everyone is welcome. Special guest will be New Mt. Zion youth. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor and speaker.

Youth revival will begin at Union Grove Baptist Church in Bluff City April 11-13 at 7:00 nightly. Everyone is welcome. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor of New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon, will be the speaker. Rev. Leon Parham, pastor.

The officers and members of the Mt. Friendship Baptist Church of Curtis will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Louis Jones, pastor's anniversary Sunday, April 8, at 2:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guest will be Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Prescott with Rev. M.L. Manning, pastor and speaker. Rev. Louis Jones, pastor.

The officers and members of the Carrie Street Church of God in Gurdon will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Ivory Curry, pastor's appreciation Sunday, April 15, at 3:00 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome.

The third Sunday night fellowship singing will convene at Eastern Star Baptist Church in Smithton Sunday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Bro. Leodis Lyons and Bro. Roosevelt House in charge. Rev. Marshall Allen, pastor.

Louise Cook and Floyd Trayler's home burned last week. They lost everything they had in their house.

Little Winfred Burton and son have returned home from Chicago, Ill., after visiting his mother, Ella Burton, and his grandmother, Helen Burton, his uncle, Winfred Burton, other relatives and friends.

Murthrue Lee Penny and Emma Jean Cooks spent a three-day weekend family birthday celebration with their two sisters, Delois Dumes and Pre Ella Romar in Beaumont, Texas. Clea Ester Stephens also celebrated her birthday with her cousins.

Other members of the family who attended the celebration in Beaumont were Ms. Penny's family, Sharon Bell, Andy Bell, Sharonda Bell, Andre Bell, Sharron Hearn, LeMarkus Hearn, Danell Penny, Yvonne Penny, Yolonda Penny, Brucilla Buford, Crystel Penny, Gregory Penny and Crystan Penny; Ms. Cook's family, Tabitha Harvell, Greg Harvell, Rachel Porter, Shanel McClain, Tatrina McClelland, Keonta McClelland, Kentrell McClelland, Tareze Williams, Shakita Williams, Syketa Johnson, Shakoya Williams, Samea Johnson, David Ross, David Young, Lois Williams, Takia Williams and Alia Williams; Ms. Stephens' family, J.N. Stephens, Quinn Stephens, Rickey Stephens, Randy Dickens and Pearlanna Jenkins. Their sister from Detroit, Mich., also attended the birthday celebration.
