Annie H. McCullough, 81, of Mineral Springs died Wednesday, March 21, 2001.

Mrs. McCullough was born Feb. 8, 1920, near Schaal, the daughter of James A. and Nancy Williams Hooker. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Mineral Springs.
