Lottie G. PurifoyBRAZZEL / CORNISH FUNERAL HOME of PRESCOTTPublished Wednesday, March 28, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Lottie G. Purifoy, 92, of Prescott died Thursday, March 22, 2001, at Hillcrest Care and Rehab in Prescott. Mrs. Purifoy was born March 18, 1909, in Bluff City to Ewell and Agnes Hardwick Gulley. She was a housewife, mother and a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence L. Purifoy, who died in 1972. Survivors include one son, John Purifoy of Prescott; one sister, Gladys Allen of Columbia, S.C.; two grandchildren, Gail D. Hensley of Wilson and Michael L. Purifoy of Marion; two great grandchildren, William J. Clark of Conway and John Michael Bannon Purifoy of Marion. Graveside services were held Saturday, March 24, at Chidester Cemetery with Rev.
