Nevada Kindergarten Registration Scheduled

Parents of children residing in the Nevada School District and reaching the age of five on or before September 14 are urged to attend kindergarten registration Wed., April 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the school library.

The registration will allow parents the opportunity to officially enroll their children in the Nevada Public School kindergarten program for the 2001-2002 school year.

Arkansas requires parents to furnish the following records: official birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, social security number and a physical.

Parents should enroll students even if required records are incomplete at this time. However, records must be complete when school starts.
