Ivory Curry is the pastor. Everyone is invited. Center Ridge Cemetery Association will hold its annual spring clean-up Saturday, March 31, beginning at 8:30 a.m. weather permitting. In conclusion to International Focus Week at Henderson State University, an international food bazaar will be held at the Garrison Center day gym Friday, April 6, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for children under 10 if purchased before April 6. CADC will distribute commodities at the Gurdon Senior Adult Center, 401 East Main, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. and continue until all commodities are distributed. Arkansas Rehabilitation Services will offer sessions with counselor Kenyotta Eugene March 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Gurdon Municipal Building. For more information call 353-2514. The 26th annual Festival of Two Rivers will be held Friday and Saturday, April 13 and 14, in Arkadelphia. Festival hours are 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 13 and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 14. Kids' run will begin at 8:00 a.m. on April 14 at the courthouse. The Red Springs Extension Homemakers Club meets every second Thursday of each month at the Gurdon Municipal building beginning at 10:00 a.m. Any interested person is welcome to attend. The city of Gurdon reminds residents the storm sirens are tested every Wednesday at 12:00 noon. Sirens are not tested during inclement weather. Gurdon Masonic Lodge 187 meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. All members are urged to attend. Alcoholics Anonymous meets on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8:00 p.m. at the American Legion building, Highway 67 North, one mile out of Gurdon. For more information, phone 353-4710.
