Center Ridge Cemetery Association will hold its annual spring clean-up Saturday, March 31, beginning at 8:30 a.m. weather permitting. The 26th annual Festival of Two Rivers will be held Friday and Saturday, April 13 and 14, in Arkadelphia. Festival hours are 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 13 and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 14.

The Red Springs Extension Homemakers Club meets every second Thursday of each month at the Gurdon Municipal building beginning at 10:00 a.m. Any interested person is welcome to attend.

The city of Gurdon reminds residents the storm sirens are tested every Wednesday at 12:00 noon. Sirens are not tested during inclement weather.

Gurdon Masonic Lodge 187 meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. All members are urged to attend.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8:00 p.m. at the American Legion building, Highway 67 North, one mile out of Gurdon.
