According to court records, Prescott Police Department officers Larry Miller and Ann Jordan were patrolling in the area of West 3rd Street, when they saw a vehicle without a license plate heading west on Pine. The two drug charges are class C felonies with sentences of three to 10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000. The other charges are all misdemeanors.
