Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests will be Rev. William Caldwell and churches of McGehee. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor. The officers and members of Eastern Star Baptist Church in Smithton will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Marshall Allen's eighth pastor's anniversary. Everyone and all churches are welcome to attend Sunday, March 25, at 3:00 p.m. with special guests Harrison Chapel and Pleasant Grove Baptist Churches of Delight and Okolona. Rev. Rufus R. Wedding vows were exchanged between Mammie L. Gatlin and William J. Marks II Saturday, Jan. 20, at Friendship West Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Fredrick D. Haynes III officiated. Family members and friends attending were parents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd P. Gatlin and parents of the groom, Mrs. Dorothy M. Marks and Dr. William J. Marks, Sr., Caitlin Hodge (flower girl), Mary A. Anderson of Gurdon (hostess and bride's sister), Patricia Bryant of Little Rock, Tammy Walker (daughter of Bobby Gill and Junior Boy Gill of Gurdon), and Betty, Lester and Patricia Richards.
