Services begin at 6:30 nightly. Evangelist for the week is Elizabeth Moore of Indiana. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor. Mother's Day program May 9 at 2:30 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Guest speaker is Sis. Carol Brown of Starlight Baptist Church of Monroe, La. She is the aunt of Pastor Quintin Radford. Sis. Vernessia Russey, president. Muldrew C.M.E. Church will be holding Mother's Day services at 11:00 on May 9. Sis. Bert Holliman will be bringing the message. Rev. Ronald Scott, pastor. Everyone is welcome to attend. Spring revival is May 16-20 at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Services begin at 7:00 nightly. Everyone and all churches welcome. Evangelist for the week is Rev. A.T. Jordan, pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church of Nash, Texas. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor. Annual women's day program May 16 at 2:30 p.m. at Bethel Independent Church of Gurdon. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Guest speaker will be Sis. Wilma F. House, principal of Fairview High School in Camden. She is a member of Eastern Star Baptist Church of Smithton. She is the wife of Bro. Roosevelt House and mother of three daughters. Rev. Daniel Flemons, pastor. The third Sunday night fellowship singing will convene with Bethel Independent Church of Gurdon May 16 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Bro. Leodis Lyons, Bro. Roosevelt House and Bro. George Biggs in charge. Rev. Daniel Flemons, pastor. A retirement dinner for Lula Roberts, Ruby L. Allen and Jerine Hatley will be held May 22 at 6:00 p.m at Bowen's in Caddo Valley. Everyone is welcome to attend. They are retiring from Arkadelphia Human Development Center in Arkadelphia.
