College News - Whitney HoguePublished Wednesday, March 7, 2001 in the Gurdon TimesWhitney L. Hogue of Gurdon, studying computer science at the University of Central Arkansas, has been named one of its Presidential Scholars for the fall 2000 semester. Presidential Scholar is UCA's designation for students who make a perfect 4.00 grade point average on at least 12 credit hours. Hogue is the daughter of Jimmy and Linda Gayle Hogue of Gurdon.
