Junior Eugene ThrasherHORNE FUNERAL HOME of GURDONPublished Wednesday, March 7, 2001 in the Gurdon Times Junior Eugene Thrasher, 65, of Gurdon died Thursday, March 1, 2001. Mr. Thrasher was a retired road department employee for Clark County and a Baptist Minister. He was a member of the Boughton Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Esther Thrasher; a son, Jimmy Thrasher of Gurdon; a daughter, Kathy Lynn Freeman of Sparkman; two brothers, Leroy Thrasher of Rector and Ted Thrasher of Hazel Park, Mich.; sister, Veda Mae Cavaness of Rector; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
