College News - SAU GrauationPublished Wednesday, February 28, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneDecember graduates at Southern Arkansas University included Tiffany Wynne Rash of Prescott, who graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in business administration-finance. Summa cum laude is the highest honor bestowed at SAU. To earn this degree a student must maintain a 3.90-4.00 grade point average. Allison L. Young of Rosston graduated with a B.S.E. in English education. Emily Dee Sweat of McCaskill graduated with a B.S. in agriculture business. She is the granddaughter of Ruby Wicker of Caney.
