Glass, Hairston Nuptials PlannedPublished Wednesday, February 21, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. and Mrs. Donald Jester of Cale announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Dawn Glass, to Brian Wiley Hairston of Warren. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Vivian Glass of Cale and the late J.L. Glass. She is a 1998 graduate of Nevada High School and is currently a junior at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, majoring in interior design. The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hairston of Warren and the grandson of Leroy and Hilda Thornton of Warren and A.W. and Nan Walker of Warren and the late Clovis Hairston. He is a 1993 graduate of Warren High School and a 1997 summa cum laude graduate from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a bachelor of arts in computer information systems and a 1998 graduate from the University of Arkansas with a masters of information systems degree. He is currently employed as a systems administrator at Acxiom Corp. in Conway. The wedding ceremony will be held Saturday, March 17, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Cale.
