County Tax Bills Have Been Mailed In AreaPublished Wednesday, May 5, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Nevada County Tax Collector's office has now mailed all real estate and personal tax bills. Chief deputy collector Lee Jones asks that you take a moment to look over your statement and check to see if everything is correct. Now is the time to make corrections as well as new name ownership. "We have already numerous tax bills returned this year for incorrect address," Jones said. "We have had several tax statements that could not be mailed, because of a failure to put address on new deeds that have been filed."
