College News - OBU Students HonoredPublished Wednesday, February 21, 2001 in the Gurdon TimesAndrew Mikeal Taylor of Gurdon was named to the president's list for the 2000 fall semester at Ouachita Baptist University. Kadre Layne Clark, Jojo Deanne Gattis and Meredith Lee Smith were all been named to the dean's list for the fall 2000 semester at OBU. These students were honored along with 516 others. To be named to the president's list, a student must compile a 4.00 (straight A's) grade point average and be classified as a full-time student taking a minimum of 12 academic hours.
