Louie DillardSMITH FUNERAL HOME of STAMPSPublished Wednesday, February 14, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Louie Dillard, 95, of Rosston died Monday, February 5, 2001, at Hillcrest Care and Rehab in Prescott. Mr. Dillard was born June 5, 1905, in the Bluff Springs community. He was a retired farmer and a member of Bluff Springs Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one son, Donald W. (Reek) Dillard, and by a granddaughter, Teresa Ann Burke. Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Ozell Dillard of Rosston; three sons and daughters-in-law, Bro. L.H and Lola Dillard and J.E. and Dottie Dillard all of Rosston, and Travis and Trudy Dillard of Bodcaw; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Billy Bob Rhodes of Rosston and Cedallia and David Burke of Rosston; one sister, Lula Butler of Prescott; nine grand-children; 14 great grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 7, at Bluff Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Donny Dillard and Bro. Ed Phillips officiating.
