Boughton NewsMRS. WILLIE HOOKSPublished Wednesday, February 7, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune We have heard a lot about the ground hog this week. I don't know if he knows what kind of weather we are going to have or not but it is still cold. We enjoyed having Jerry Horn of Texarkana visit us one day last week. Lonnie and Leon Moore of Michigan ate dinner with her parents, Leonard and Faye House Saturday. Leon's mother is very sick. They were called home to be with her. Everett Orren visited J.D. and Mary Ann Lucas Tuesday. Herbie Ridgell and Kay Wren spent the weekend with Boletta and Terry Crabtree of Fort Worth. Willie visited his sister, Syble Brown Wednesday. Neil and Hazel Meeks brought us supper Saturday night and visited a little while. The supper was delicious and we enjoyed the visit. We are sorry Betty St. Clair is in Medical Park Hospital. Get well soon, Betty. Search | Nevada County Picayune by date | Gurdon Times by date |
