We enjoyed having a visiting speaker at Morris Baptist Sunday evening. Bro. Kevin Kimbrel from Texas is attending the seminary in Louisiana. He brought some friends, one of whom presented special music.

Arlene and Mourine Butler and Mary Joe Gregory of the Bodcaw area and I went to Ft. Worth for the Gaither Gathering. We left Prescott Friday and returned Sunday afternoon. We attended two concerts. Marcia and Louise Rhodes, Ehtel Ellis and Lucy Glass also went with us. They attended three concerts.

Bro. Junior and Ann Loe spent Wednesday in Camden visiting friends and relatives. They visited Bro. Norvel and Lorena McAteer, Bro. J.C. and Betty Bryant, Sam and Jane Bradshaw and Don and Peggy Fain.

Dennis Hicks from the Dallas area visited his parents, Bob and Carolyn, and other relatives here last weekend.

Jim and Janet Hammon of the Redland community visited her mother, Retta McBride, Sunday.

Bro. Raymond and Phenae Hicks had a surprise visit from grandson Derick Helm of Arkadelphia Sunday afternoon.

Mack Almand is still hospitalized at Hope. He entered the hospital two weeks ago with pneumonia and other complications. He is doing better, but not improved enough to come home.
