School Menus: February 5-9Published Wednesday, January 31, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of February 5-9 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Bagel pizza and juice. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit and juice. WEDNESDAY: Cheese toast and juice. THURSDAY: Cereal, cinnamon toast, banana and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken nuggets with dip, mashed potatoes, sliced peaches and roll; PHS: pizza bar. TUESDAY: Chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwich, crackers, pickle slices, broccoli salad and sliced cantaloupe; PHS: hamburger and fries bar; MMS: salad bar. WEDNESDAY: Sausage pizza, mixed green salad, fresh fruit cup and Graham crackers; PHS: chicken patty and fries bar, MMS: potato bar. THURSDAY: Barbecue rib sandwich, French fries with catsup, assorted fresh fruit and cherry pudding; PHS, pizza bar; MMS: hamburger bar. FRIDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, grapes and roll; PHS: hamburger and fries bar. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese omelet and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Cheese toast, ham and juice. THURSDAY: Ham, toast with jelly and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles and onion, potato wedge with catsup and peach cobbler. TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, creamed potatoes, dill spear, peaches and hot rolls with butter and jelly. WEDNESDAY: Chicken and dumplings, green lima beans, biscuit with butter and jelly, cinnamon roll and applesauce. THURSDAY: Pizza, salad bar, cookie and peanut cup. FRIDAY: BLT or hamburger bar, French fries with catsup, pineapple and peanut butter cookie. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. TUESDAY: Biscuit, sausage, gravy, orange juice and milk. WEDNESDAY: French toast with syrup and fruit punch. THURSDAY: Super bun and juice. FRIDAY: Toast, cereal and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: Corn dog with mustard, baked beans and raw vegetables. TUESDAY: Lasagna, salad with dressing, corn, bread sticks and pineapple. WEDNESDAY: Ham sandwich with mayo/mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles, pretzels and apple sauce. THURSDAY: Beef taco, salsa, refried beans, orange and chocolate cookie.
