Boughton NewsMRS. WILLIE HOOKSPublished Wednesday, January 31, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune My niece, Joy Shaver, and her husband Billy Ray of Hamburg came Saturday and brought dinner. They picked up my sister, Elsie Elmore, and Herbie Ridgell and we all had dinner together. Syble Brown is the proud great great grandmother of a baby boy named Andrew Blake. He is the son of Sonya and Charles. Her husband is the great grandson of Johnny Jo Brown. Elsie Elmore and Wilma Compton visited Lois Delaughter Friday afternoon. Friends of Robert Dale Brown will be glad to hear he is doing well after his surgery last week. Our son and daughter-in-law, Willie Hugh and Carolyn, came Tuesday and took me to the doctor. Willie Hugh and Willie finished burning brush piles. Our yard is clean. Everett and Mary Orren and Barbara Norris of West Monroe spent the weekend with Kirby Orren of Napoleanville, La. Kirby is ill and his wife Rita is in a nursing home. Durward Bernard of California also visited with Kirby and his guest. Wanda and Edgar White visited his Aunt Donnie Rinkle in Hillcrest Care and Rehab Center. They also visited his Aunt Chloe Orren.
