Max SmallSHACKELFORD FUNERAL HOME of PRESCOTTPublished Wednesday, January 24, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Max Small, 79, of Prescott died Friday, January 19, 2001, in Hope. Mr. Small was born October 22, 1921, in Somerset, Ind., to Russell Small and Delpha Marshall Small. He was a farmer and carpenter and in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Spicher Small of Prescott; a daughter, Barbara Fisher of Prescott; a sister, Vivian Keith of St. Louis, Mo.; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Graveside services were held Sunday, January 21, at DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott with Bro. Larry Jones officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
