Caney NewsBY RUBY WICKERPublished Wednesday, January 24, 2001 in the Nevada County Picayune Betty McBride was rushed back to the hospital Friday. She is still not feeling well. Junior and Ann Loe celebrated her birthday at the Ole Feed House in Camden Saturday of last week with their children, Sam and Jane Bradshaw and Don and Peggy Fain. Jane and Sam Bradshaw of Camden spent Monday with Junior and Ann Loe. They spent most of the day cleaning up the debris from snow and ice. Russell Stokes of Commerce, Texas, came for the funeral of his Aunt Ruby May. He visited with his grandparents, Ann and Junior Loe, also. Dud and Jean Wicker of Texarkana and Ethel Ellis of Sutton visited me Saturday. They also visited with Lucy Glass.
