Gerri Suzanne Craig Griffin, 23, of Prescott died Saturday, January 13, 2001, at University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock.

Mrs. Griffin was born August 22, 1977, in Texarkana, Texas, to Gerald and Nelda Snell Craig. She was a housewife and member of Bethel Baptist Church in Hempstead County. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Gerald Craig.

Survivors include her husband, Sammy Griffin of Prescott; one daughter, Cheyenne Griffin of Prescott; her mother, Nelda Craig of Prescott; three brothers, Lindell Craig of Gurdon, Wally Craig of Prescott and Toby Craig of Prescott; two sisters, Robin Cutchall of Fouke and Lynn Harris of Delight; and maternal grandmother, Ora Snell Avery of Hope.

Funeral services were held Monday, January 15, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Bill Christian and Rev. Glen Chambers officiating. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
