School Menus: January 16-19, 2001Published Wednesday, January 10, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of January 16-19 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: No school. TUESDAY: Pop-Tart and juice. WEDNESDAY: Bagel French toast and juice. THURSDAY: Cereal, toast and banana and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: No school. TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas and carrots and angel biscuit; PHS: pizza bar; MMS: salad bar. WEDNESDAY: Hot dog on bun, potato wedges with catsup, dill pickle spear, strawberry and bananas; MMS: sandwich bar. THURSDAY: Nachos with ground beef, seasoned pinto beans, salsa, bananas and pineapple and sopaipillas with honey; PHS, hamburger and fries bar MMS, hamburger bar. FRIDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed green salad with dressing, roll and sherbet. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: No school. TUESDAY: Bagel with butter and jelly and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Cheese omelet and juice. FRIDAY: Sausage biscuit and juice. LUNCH MONDAY: No school. TUESDAY: Nachos with meat and cheese, lettuce wedge, grapes, trail mix and brownie. WEDNESDAY: Chicken nuggets with honey, sweet potatoes, pear half, hot rolls with butter and jelly. THURSDAY: Vegetable soup with crackers, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cheese sticks, cinnamon roll and peaches. FRIDAY: Pizza, salad bar, pear half, peanut butter cookie and peanut cup. CUT HERE NO MENUES!! Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Pancake on stick and juice. TUESDAY: Cheese toast and milk. WEDNESDAY: Biscuit, bacon and juice. THURSDAY: Mini corn dog and fruit punch. FRIDAY: Danish and fruit punch. LUNCH MONDAY: Barbecue on bun, potato salad and pickle spears. TUESDAY: Chicken pot pie, tossed salad and cobbler. WEDNESDAY: Hot dog, cole slaw and baked beans. THURSDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet peas and rolls. FRIDAY: Fish, potato wedges, hush puppies and cole slaw.
