School Menus: January 8-12Published Wednesday, January 3, 2001 in the Nevada County PicayuneMenus for the area schools for the week of January 8-12 are as follows. All meals are served with milk. They are also subject to change. Breakfast in Prescott Schools is served from 8:00 to 8:30 and lunch is served between 11:30 and 12:00. Prescott School District The McRae Middle School (MMS) and Prescott High School offer different bar selections for lunch. The bar selections are listed at the end of the lunch paragraphs. BREAKFAST MONDAY: Sausage roll and juice. TUESDAY: Bacon and biscuit and juice. WEDNESDAY: Cereal, toast, banana and juice. THURSDAY: Sausage and biscuit and juice. FRIDAY: No school. LUNCH MONDAY: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with gravy, apricots and roll; PHS, pizza bar. TUESDAY: Chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwich, crackers, dill pickle slices, broccoli salad and peaches; PHS: hamburger and fries bar; MMS: salad bar. WEDNESDAY: Hot dog on bun, potato wedges with catsup, dill pickle spear, strawberry and bananas; MMS, potato bar. THURSDAY: Lasagna, garden salad with dressing, seasoned corn, grapes and roll; MMS, hamburger bar. FRIDAY: No school. Emmet School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Cheese toast, ham slice and juice. TUESDAY: French toast stick with butter and syrup and juice. WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza and juice. THURSDAY: Bacon, toast with jelly and juice. FRIDAY: No school. LUNCH MONDAY: Hot dog with mustard and relish, baked beans, chips with cheese sauce, peaches an cinnamon roll. TUESDAY: Pizza, salad and chocolate pudding. WEDNESDAY: Grilled chicken patty on bun with mozzarella cheese, lettuce and pickles, purple hull peas and brownie. THURSDAY: Cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles and onion, spicy fries with catsup and cherry cobbler. FRIDAY: No school. Nevada School District BREAKFAST MONDAY: Pancake on stick and juice. TUESDAY: Cheese toast and milk. WEDNESDAY: Biscuit, bacon and juice. THURSDAY: Mini corn dog and fruit punch. FRIDAY: Danish and fruit punch. LUNCH MONDAY: Barbecue on bun, potato salad and pickle spears. TUESDAY: Chicken pot pie, tossed salad and cobbler. WEDNESDAY: Hot dog, cole slaw and baked beans. THURSDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet peas and rolls. FRIDAY: Fish, potato wedges, hush puppies and cole slaw.
