Christmas Eve sunrise services will be held at St. Clair Missionary Baptist Church at Burtsell Sunday, Dec. 24, at 6:00 a.m. Special guests will be First Baptist Church of Okolona. The message will be delivered by Rev. Eddie Brown, pastor. Rev. Columbus Osby of Hot Srpings will be the special guest minister at the regular Sunday morning worship service.

Centerpoint Baptist Church will hold a drive-through live nativity on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 20 and 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Everyone is invited.

The city of Gurdon reminds residents the storm sirens are tested every Wednesday at 12:00 noon. Sirens are not tested during inclement weather.

Gurdon Masonic Lodge 187 meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. All members are urged to attend.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8:00 p.m. at the American Legion building, Highway 67 North, one mile out of Gurdon.

Narcotics Anonymous meets in Gurdon every Fridays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 206 East Main. For more information, call 353-6714.

CUT, CUT, CUT:

The Red Springs Extension Homemakers Club meets every second Thursday of each month at the Gurdon Municipal building beginning at 10:00 a.m. Any interested person is welcome to attend.
