Bodcaw NewsALINE CLAUSPublished Wednesday, November 29, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving. Are you still stuffed? It wasn't just the turkey that was stuffed, but most of the guests as well. It was a time of family gatherings. Deck and Earlene had most of their family visiting them. Phyllis came from Little Rock. David, Peggy and Cody came from Blevins and Todd and I visited. Ruth Baker's family, The Aaron,' had some 50+ members of their family visiting. A great time, but a wet time, with water, water everywhere. The J.D. and Marie Allen had all of their family except Pat Wilbanks. Her family came and later her sister-in-law took her to the hospital. She is still there. I think she is improving. There are new store owners in Bodcaw. Jack Daniels' in-laws from McNeil, the Higdens. Go by and see new faces. I think I better catch up on birthdays again. Mary Poindexter, Stormy Dorman, Traci Cockran, Mary Ann Dorman, Paula Cummings and Cody Butler have birthdays this month. Bro.
