Sympathy is extended from Rosston Baptist Church to the family of Olva Dorman. He passed away this week at age 88. Funeral was Saturday afternoon at Oakcrest Chapel in Hope.

Our sympathy also goes to the family of Phillip Murry. He passed away while deer hunting this week. Rucker and Wilma Murray of Prescott are his parents.

Sue Dixon and friends vacationed in Branson, Mo., last week. They reported a good time in spite of the sleet.

Joe Dillard is having problems with kidney stones and is due to go back to the doctor Tuesday.

Max Morman is still under the care of some doctors. He was supposed to go back to the doctor Monday.

Ruth Vinson is due to come home from rehab in Texarkana next Friday.

Roscoe and I visited two of Roscoe's brothers-in-law in Camden Wednesday afternoon. Bill Lusby is home and J.E. Chambless is in ICU with pneumonia.

Remember all these sick people in your prayers.

We have been visiting at the Hart-Fairchild deer camp this week. We had supper with all the cousins on Monday night. On Wednesday at noon we all enjoyed fish caught by Jimmy Garrett and cooked by Kenneth Garrett. On Thursday night we enjoyed a family supper of smoked pork loin and chicken, which was cooked by Johnnie Fairchild of Camden. We ladies carried beans, salads, pies and too much to mention. We had about 45 in attendance. Out-of-towners were Brad and Mike Hart of McAllen, Texas; Lorraine Hollis of Bridge City, Texas; Jack and Lee Hart of Irving, Texas; and two of their granddaughters, Bob and Drucy Fairchild of North Little Rock; and the rest of us were from Hope, Perrytown, Camden, Rosston and this vicinity. I think there were six or seven campers at the camp. The men only killed about four deer, but not many of them hunt anymore. It is mostly a family get-together.

Our son, Dwight, of Texarkana killed the deer with the most points and widest spread at the Pack Rat Hunting Club near Rosston. He got the jackpot. Van O'Keefe came in second and Danny Jarvis came in third. This camp has killed about 15 deer.

Please pray for all the hunters. There has been lots of casualties this year.

Please remember Bill Freeman in your prayers. He is getting treatments in Little Rock. Roscoe and I had pizza supper with him and Maxine on Tuesday night.

Bro. Brian Davis filled our pulpit Sunday; his wife rendered a beautiful special in song.

Jeff Carlton is off work due to a blood clot in his leg. He needs our prayers.

Veneta Bustin, Roscoe's sister, still needs our prayers. We visited her Saturday afternoon and had supper with Jimmy Williams at the Fish Nest in Prescott.

Congratulations to Jace and Leslie Jarvis. They have a new baby daughter.

Bernice and Louise Dillard enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner with their grandson, Drake Dillard, at the Trinity Christian School that he attends in Texarkana.
