Mr. and Mrs. Roddy Marsh from Beirne and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Marsh from Hot Springs visited her mother, Bert Marsh, Sunday. J.E. Dillard from Rosston spent Monday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard. Rebecca Hare from Arkadelphia visited her grandfather Monday. James Cummings from Dallas and Peggy Harmon from Pine Bluff are visiting their father, Noel Cummings, and other relatives here this week. Charles Hare from Rosston spent Wednesday with his father, Gene Hare. Dianne Dillard from Rosston and Charles Hare visited their father, Gene Hare, Wednesday evening. Richard Key from Gurdon visited Mrs. Key Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. David Burke from Hope, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Dillard and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rhodes from Rosston visited their parents this week and also their Aunt Lula Butler. Bobby Abby from Little Rock spent Friday with her mother, Mrs. Louise Pounds. Shirley Dickerson from Little Rock spent Friday with her mother, Mrs. Hasting. Mrs. Cindy Ward from Rosston visited her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard, Thursday. Dr. and Mrs. Jack Baldwin from Marshall, Texas, spent Mother's Day with her mother, Mrs. Carman Hendrix. Visiting Mrs. Egger for Mother's Day were Delmer Egger and Robbie and Paul Ridgell. Mozelle Gill spent Saturday with her daughter, Cherrie Wilson, and others, Carolyn Cullins, Jackie Lucas and son Norman Gill. Oscar Hopson had visiting preachers and wives, Rev. Tony and Rev. Walker. Louise Presson spent Mother's Day with Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Wesson. About 40 of her family were there and with a large barbecue lunch. Her son, Jerry Presson, also visited Saturday and Sunday. Visiting Esther Reese Sunday was Pauline Hawley of Hope. Also, Sue Bowie brought her dinner. Mrs. Bert Marsh's sister from Gurdon passed away Friday, May 7. Our sympathy goes out to her. We honored our mothers with a celebration on Sunday. Our oldest mothers were 111 Delica Sockwell and 102 Gladice McSwain. Our youngest was Carrie Vandiver.
