Annie Lee CorneliusSMITH FUNERAL HOME of STAMPSPublished Wednesday, November 22, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Annie Lee Cornelius, 75, of the Nubbin Hill community near Prescott died Friday, November 17, 2000. Mrs. Cornelius was born November 13, 1925, to Lee and Ann Billingsley Renfro. She was a 1945 graduate of Prescott High School, a graduate of Arkadelphia Beauty College, a seamstress at Prescott Manufacturing, a cosmetologist and operated a full working farm. She was preceded in death by her father and mother; two brothers, Will Renfro and Ike Renfro; two sisters, Cleo Charles and Jane Wooley, and by two sisters-in-law, Pearl Renfro and Ruby Renfro. Survivors include her son, George Cornelius of Prescott; a daughter, Karen Cobb and her husband David of Prescott; a brother, Charles Leslie Renfro of Prescott; and a very special friend, Paul Boyd. Funeral services were held Sunday, November 19, at the Missionary Grove Baptist Church near Prescott with burial in the Missionary Grove Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.
