Wedding Announced For Collier, BrownPublished Wednesday, November 15, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneDerrel and Sonja Collier of Taylor and Linda Bridges of Magnolia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Crystal Lynn Collier, to David Phillip Brown, son of Bo and Carol Brown of Heidelberg, Germany. The wedding will be held at 7 p.m. on December 23 at Antioch West Baptist Church. A reception will follow. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jackie and Sue Bridges of Magnolia, W.E. and Ann Collier of Taylor and Jake and Helen Glass of Magnolia. She is a 1994 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 1999 graduate of Southern Arkansas University (SAU), where she earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is employed at Khakis in Magnolia. The prospective groom is the grandson of Barney and Lou Jarvis of Cedar Hill, Texas, the late Perry Brown, Betty Freels of Yukon, Okla., and the late Harry Freels. Great grandmother is Mary Ann Hannon. He is a 1996 graduate of Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. He is pursuing a degree in agricultural business at SAU and is employed at Ellis Emus and Supplies in McNeil. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
