We are getting plenty of rain. It was very much needed. God said he would supply our needs.

We had a nice time Saturday night although the rain came down heavily.

A.D. Evans' funeral was held Friday. He was a good provider for his family.

Ruby Nell Sanders Joe was buried Saturday at Harrison Chapel Baptist Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Grady Burnell is not doing well. Let's pray for the sick and shut-in.

I hope every registered voter will go to the polls to vote.

Mrs. Girtie Blake is still in the rehab in Hope. She wants to go home, but not able to stay by herself.

I visited Mrs. Vera Purifoy Friday afternoon. She has her place looking nice with Christmas lights. I am glad she is doing well. I can sympathize with her. I miss my husband. He was sick a long time. He was 88 years old. God knows best.

Veteran's Day will be the 11th of November. Let's send up a prayer for these deceased soldiers: Boyd Kendrick, George Kendrick, Lloyd Kendrick, Harding Kendrick, Willie C. Gulley, andrew Quarles, Roland Marsh, Percy Lee Joe, Lenord Hicks, Neon Hicks, Clyde Evans, R.D. Purifoy, Casberry Bazzelle, Farris Marsh, Leroy Moss, Milton Thompson, Orma Williams, Willie Morgan, Charlie Jenkins, Fred Ellis, Leon Thompson, Fredic Gulley, Josh Gulley, Robert Tidwell, Depric Smith, Arbrandy Hicks, Charlie Johnson, Clearance Latin, Chistine Latin and John Milton Thompson.

I am sure I missed some. All of those people are Rosston veterans.
