Myrtle Dee BrightJONES FUNERAL HOME of CROSSETPublished Wednesday, November 8, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Myrtle Dee Bright, 93, of Crossett died Saturday, November 4, 2000, at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home in Crossett. Mrs. Bright was born in Prescott June 15, 1907, to her parents, Joseph William and Alpha Omega Lewis. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Crossett. Mrs. Bright was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Bill' Bright, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include one son, William L. Bright and his wife Gail of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one daughter, Barbara Gates and her husband Mike of Crossett; one brother, Glen Lewis of Delight; three grandsons, Doug Bright and his wife Christy of Norman, Okla., Tim Bright and his wife Leslie of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Pat Bright and his wife Anna Lisa of Edmond, Okla.; and seven great grandchildren, Amanda, Zack, Hunter, Trevor, Abbey, Devin and Brandon. Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 7, at First Baptist Church in Crossett. Burial was in Sweet Home Cemetery near Prescott under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
